logo-dexter.jpgDexter Laundry is working closely with its distributors in Florida, Texas and the Gulf Coast to help laundry owners recover from the recent storms that have devastated those areas.

“To everyone affected by the recent hurricanes, please know that the thoughts and prayers of the entire Dexter Laundry team are with you, your families and your communities,” said Craig Kirchner, president of Dexter Laundry. “Thankfully, our distributors in each of these communities were back in operation quickly and have begun the important process of helping our customers rebuild.”

The Dexter Technical Support Team is working directly with the manufacturers’ authorized distributors in each of these communities to provide expert service tips to help assess and repair any damage. Each of the distributors is also fully stocked with the parts needed to get operations back up and running quickly.

“Many of our customers simply need time to start the rebuilding process,” Kirchner explained. “We are working with individuals to repair product where necessary and also offering delayed loan payments to help our customers focus on getting their operations back up and running as quickly as possible.”

Dexter Laundry is urging store owners impacted by the storms to call their local distributors or the Dexter Technical Support team for assistance.

Although weather events are often unpredictable, in the case of flooding, some simple preparations can help laundry operations withstand such situations. Dexter has provided all of its distributors some basic suggestions for preparing equipment for a storm. If you are in a flood-prone area, reach out to your local distributor and keep these tips on hand in the case of a future disasters.
