More than 60 self-service laundry owners, managers and service technicians recently attended a Dexter Laundry service seminar, which is hosted annually by D&M Equipment Co. at the distributor’s headquarters in Chicago.Those in attendance were treated to an extensive training workshop covering Dexter’s new C-Series washers and dryers, which was conducted by the manufacturer’s factory technicians, Casey Stufflebeem and Shane Palmer. In addition, Rick Case, area sales manager for Dexter, and Leo Frazier of Dexter Financial Services were on hand to answer attendee questions throughout the day.While at the event, laundry owners could browse the full line of C-Series equipment, which was on display and featuring the DexterLive controls.What’s more, D&M also conducted a seminar focusing on Lochinvar water heaters and the benefits of installing high-efficiency systems in today’s self-service laundries.During this event, D&M owner Joe Frankian also introduced his son, Connor, who now represents the third generation at D&M Equipment. Connor graduated from DePaul University this past June and is now overseeing the company’s sales and marketing efforts.This educational event included a lunch buffet and raffle prizes, as well as free Dexter “goodie bags” for all of the attendees.
