Laundry pickup-and-delivery service HappyNest recently expanded its commercial laundry services in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, and Colorado, with further expansion planned in the coming months.

In addition, the company now offers a per-bag pricing model exclusively for its commercial accounts.

“Taking my business into the commercial market has done more than just increase revenue,” said Bryan Neal, owner of Coastal Virginia Laundry – Liberty Street in Virginia Beach. “It allows us to forecast revenue streams, because commercial accounts tend to be predictable and repeatable with their need for laundry services. HappyNest has assembled an all-star team to go after commercial accounts for their partners, so there is no doubt this will be very successful for the entire enterprise.”

“We have noticed our laundry operation is much more organized with HappyNest,” said Greer Monahan, operations manager of Cottages on the Key in Sarasota, Fla., and customer with more than 30 properties setup on the HappyNest app. “Personally, for our vacation rental management company, it limits the excess communication as it’s all through HappyNest. HappyNest has all the door codes, all the pickup days, and all the specifics in the app. It’s extremely organized and has only made our daily operation more efficient. We definitely recommend HappyNest.”

“The power of HappyNest’s national network has led to some exciting opportunities with national brands,” noted John MacKrell, CEO and founder of HappyNest. “We are thrilled to be expanding our pickup-and-delivery laundry services to short-term rentals, businesses in the wellness industry and other organizations.”

In a related item, HappyNest has hired Joseph Gaglione as business development associate. He will focus exclusively on supporting HappyNest’s commercial business.

The company’s services are now available in 34 states and Washington, D.C.
