Laundry pickup-and-delivery service HappyNest is now available in Boston, through its new partner, Boston Laundry, Inc. The 9,000-square-foot facility in Malden, Mass., serves residents and businesses in cities and towns throughout Essex, Middlesex and Suffolk Counties – including Cambridge, Medford, Somerville, Waltham, Saugus and Swampscott.

In addition, HappyNest recently announced its availability in Springfield, Mass.

“We have a large commercial customer base, and HappyNest now gives us the opportunity to scale our business to the consumer side – while providing easy-to-use solutions for scheduling pickup and delivery, contacting customer service and making any special requests,” said Domenic Della Pace, owner of Boston Laundry. “Plus, HappyNest is committed to growing with us.”

Boston Laundry was established in 1986 and opened its Malden facility in 2019, which currently features 24 washers and 36 dryers, with room for expansion.

“Boston Laundry has more than three decades of experience in commercial laundry,” said John MacKrell, CEO and founder of HappyNest. “We look forward to supporting them as they expand their residential business to enjoy the convenience of pickup-and-delivery services in the Boston area.”

With this new partnership, HappyNest is now available in the following Middlesex County locations: Everett, Malden, Somerville, Cambridge, Woburn, Medford, Wakefield, Stoneham, Arlington, Melrose, Hanscom Air Force Base and Waltham.

In Suffolk County, HappyNest’s service is available in Revere, Allston and Boston. And, in Essex County, HappyNest is available in Lynn, Lynnfield, Saugus and Swampscott.

Moreover, in July, the company announced availability in Worcester County, including Worcester, Marlborough, Ashland, Westborough and Framingham.
