Laundry Systems of Tennessee, based in Sevierville, Tenn., recently promoted Sean Cloonan from service technician to service manager.

“Sean is an extremely hard worker who gives his utmost to help out customers in need of technical service,” said company owner Jeff Large. “He’s smart, a good leader and easy to work with.”

In his new role, Cloonan – who joined the distributorship in 2012 – manages a factory-trained team of service technicians to ensure prompt service and over-the-phone troubleshooting. He also oversees parts inventory and distribution.

“As service manager, my number one goal is to help the customer,” Cloonan said. “When customers request service, our goal is to be at their location within 24 hours.”

Cloonan joined Laundry Systems of Tennessee after owning and operating a tire store in Sevierville.
