Speed Queen has continued the expansion of its laundromat franchise with the opening of a new location in Baton Rouge, La.
The new 3,829-square-foot Speed Queen Laundry held its grand opening event on December 13, with the store’s first 100 customers receiving free washes for a year.
Speed Queen Laundries are cashless and mobile-payment-friendly. In addition, they feature bright, open store designs – and include free high-speed internet, comfortable seating and tables, and child-friendly lounge areas that boast complimentary use of iPads.
Speed Queen Laundry locations also offer drop-off wash-dry-fold services and retail items such as laundry bags and laundry care products.
The Speed Queen Laundry brand is an entity of Alliance Laundry Systems, headquartered in Ripon, Wis.
