All-in-One Payment and POS Platform
At the heart of the launch is the new Point-of-Sale System for Wash-Dry-Fold, fully integrated with the SpyderWash Mobile App for PUD powered by DoorDash. Store owners can now manage self-service, WDF, and delivery orders seamlessly from a single portal with one login—simplifying operations and centralizing revenue reporting.
The SpyderWash POS system is the first in the industry to feature a dual display, giving attendants and customers their own dedicated screens for a more transparent and efficient transaction experience. Key features include:
- WDF order tracking and inventory management
- Employee time clocks and shift tracking
- Attendant daily checklists with assigned tasks
- Commercial invoicing and real-time reporting
- Promotional discounting and advanced customer management
Operators can also deploy new portable Workflow Tablets that sync directly with the onsite POS. These tablets allow attendants to track WDF orders as they move into washers or dryers—without returning to the main station. For added accountability, Workflow cards integrate with SpyderWash payment tracking, helping reduce theft and improve labor visibility.
Through the DoorDash integration, SpyderWash store owners can easily expand into pickup and delivery while managing every transaction through the POS platform.

In addition to the POS and PUD enhancements, Setomatic-SpyderWash also debuted the new SpyderWash Kiosk Add Value Loyalty Card Station. Featuring a sleek 15-inch vertical touch screen and powered by the latest Android OS, the kiosk offers laundromats a modern path to cashless operations.
Customers can easily purchase and register cards, add value, check balances, and choose from multiple languages—all through an intuitive interface. Designed with operators in mind, the new kiosk is simple to install, fitting standard wall stud dimensions without reframing.
Notable upgrades include:
- Larger card stacker capacity (300+ cards)
- Expanded bill acceptance (including $50s and $100s)
- Wi-Fi connectivity in addition to Ethernet
- Separate lock and key for secure servicing
- Two faceplate options: stainless steel or black powder-coated
