Adam DillThe Laundry Boss, a provider of technology solutions for the laundry industry, has named Adam Dill its new chief product officer.

Before joining The Laundry Boss, Dill most recently served as director of information technology for Alliance Laundry Systems. During his 16-year tenure at Alliance, he played a pivotal role in technological advancements in the industry, notably as the co-creator of a patented system focused on remote communication and control of laundry units.

In this new position, Dill will oversee the enhancement of The Laundry Boss’s suite of products, including the Laundry Boss Customer & Attendant Applications, Laundromat Management Software, and Laundry Payment Systems. The company believes his expertise will be particularly valuable in refining the user experience on its Laundry Boss mobile app, reporting services, and point of sale solution.
