The Coin Laundry Association has announced that Brian Dyches, a leading authority on interior design strategies for retail environments, will be speaking at this year’s Clean Show in Las Vegas. Mr. Dyches’ presentation – “Leading by Design: What Laundromats Can Learn from the Latest Retail Interior Trends”- will be held on June 5 at 8:45 a.m. in Room N109-114 of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
During this educational session, Dyches will share why creating a dynamic interior design and brand experience within your store matters not only to your laundry customers but also to your bottom line. He will share key retail and hospitality design trends and explain how to bring those successes into your self-service laundry.
As an international design expert, Dyches has traveled the world identifying consumer traits and behaviors central to sales and retention strategies, as well as working with brands to help them develop their “experience personality.”
Dyches is the CEO of Digital Experience Lab Group/Atmospheric. He has served as the international president and chairman of the Retail Design Institute, a global nonprofit professional association representing the retail experience and design community. In addition, he currently sits on the VMSD Editorial Advisory Board, the SEGD San Diego/OC Board and the ARE Creative Collaborative & Technology Board. He also writes a regular column on in-store technology strategies and future applications for VMSD magazine.
